Repair

Industrial computer boards are fully diagnosed and repaired by our engineers. Logs of the problems encountered and solutions implemented are recorded.

Final Testing

Industrial computer boards have all I/O connections rigorously tested to ensure that everything is working properly before the board is certified as ready to ship.

Shipping

After photos are taken to document the exterior condition of the part, it is packaged and sent to the customer. ESD-safe materials are used to protect sensitive equipment on its journey.

WEIGHT: GEN: 29.0 LBS GCU: 2.7 LBS The generator is a brushless, self- exciting unit that provides main DC PROTECTIVE OVERVOLTAGE power to a business jet, over a FUNCTIONS: OVERCURRENT speed range of 5,500-12,000 RPM. FEEDER FAULT This is a commercial grade unit FAILED DIODE DETECTION which features long service life, an FAILED BEARING DETECTION auxiliary bearing system, and has provisions for blast air cooling. COMPLIANCE: DO-160D MIL-G-6162 The GCU regulates the voltage of MIL-STD-454 the generator. Regulation is MIL-STD-704 accomplished by pulse width MIL-STD-5400 modulating the control field. The MIL-STD-461 GCU also implements the protective and supervisory functions as listed in the specification table.
