TSX DST 2472 Interface de sortie Output Module Instruction de service Service Instruction Interface 24 sorties 24 VCC-500 mA TSX DST 2472 Interface 24 sorties 24 VCC-500 mA TSX DST 2472 Présentation Ce module de format simple nécessite pour son raccordement extérieur, le bornier de raccordement TSX BLK 8. Montage L'interface TSX DST 2472 se monte dans tous les bacs simples d'adresse paire, soit : TSX 47-J/10/20, bac 0 de la configuration de base, TSX 47-30/67-20, bac 0/1 et bac 2/3 de la configuration de base et de son extension directe, bacs pairs des configurations TSX/PMX 47 à 107 modèle 40. L'emplacement correspondant dans le bac impair des configura- tions d'extension, bien que vide, est interdit à tout autre module. Adressage Les 24 bits de sortie de l'interface TSX DST 2472 sont adressés de la manière suivante : Oxy,0 à Oxy,F pour les 16 premiers bits, O(x+1)y,0 à O(x+1)y, 7 pour les 8 autres bits. Oxy,0 x représente l'adresse du bac pair, dans lequel est enfiché le module, y représente l'emplacement (0 à 7) dans le bac, 0 à F (ou 7) correspond au numéro de bit parmi 16 (ou 8). Oxy,F Nota : le module doit être adressé de cette manière, même si le bac d'adresse O(x+1)y,0 impaire n'existe pas (bac fictif) : ex. Conf. TSX 47-30 bacs 0 et 1. Détrompage code 53 Le module est équipé de 2 détrompeurs, en face arrière, qui O(x+1)y,F assurent son détrompage mécanique. Le détrompage logiciel est réalisé par la configuration logicielle des bacs. Le bac pair x et le bac impair x+1 (même fictif) doivent être configurés. Si le bac impair n'est pas configuré, le module sera considéré comme un module 16 bits. Défaut bornier L'information défaut bornier (bit B du mot status = 1) correspond à : absence de la tension 24 VCC d'alimentation du module, tension d'alimentation du module inférieur à 18 V, bornier absent ou déconnecté. Le mot status (voir caractéristiques) peut être lu avec un terminal TSX T407 en mode DIAGNOSTIC. Défauts sorties L'information défaut sorties (bit D du mot status = 1) correspond à : court-circuit, surcharge. Le module est constitué de 12 paires de voies. En cas de défaut sur l'une ou l'autre des 2 voies d'une même paire, il y a disjonction thermique qui provoque la mise à zéro des 2 sorties (l'état des autres sorties n'est pas modifié). A la disparition du défaut, il faut réarmer le module (voir schéma de raccordement) pour que les 2 sorties soient à nouveau actives. 2 TSX DST 2472 24-Point 24 VDC-500 mA output module TSX DST 2472 24-Point 24 VDC-500 mA output module Description The TSX DST 2472 is a standard size, 24-point output module that must be fitted with terminal block TSX BLK 8. Installation The module must be installed in any single rack with an even address number: rack 0 of a TSX 47-J/10/20 configuration, racks 0/1 and 2/3 of TSX 47-30/67-20 configuration and its direct extension, even numbered racks of TSX/PMX 47 to 107 model 40. The corresponding slot in the odd-numbered rack must remain empty. Adressing The 24 outputs bits of the module are addressed as follows: Oxy,0 to Oxy,F for the first 16 bits, O(x+1)y,0 to O(x+1)y, 7 for the 8 other bits. Oxy,0 x = the number of the even rack, in which the module is installed, y = the slot number (0 to 7), 0 to F (or 7) = the bit number. Oxy,F Nota : the module must be addressed in this manner even if the odd- numbered rack doesn't exist: e.g.racks 0 and 1 of a TSX 47-30 configuration. O(x+1)y,0 Module locating devices and code number (53) The female locating devices on the back of the module are set at the factory to its code number which is 53. The male locating O(x+1)y,F devices on the back-plane of the PLC must be set to the same number to prevent installation errors. When the I/O configuration is entered, both the even rack x and the odd rack x+1 must be configured. If the odd rack is not configured, the module will be considered as a module of 16 bits. Terminal block Terminal block faults (bit B of the module status word = 1) corres- faults pond to: absence of the 24 VDC power supply of the module, module power supply less than 18 V, terminal block absent or disconnected. The status word (see characteristics) can be read with a TSX T407 terminal in the Diagnostic mode. Output faults Output faults (bit D of the module status word = 1) correspond to: short-circuit, overload. The module comprises two sets (pairs) of 12 channels. If a fault occurs on either channel of a two channel pair, the thermal contact- breaker resets both outputs to zero (the state of other outputs is not changed).
