CAS Latency 2.5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) DDR266 Row Cycle Time (tRC) 65ns (min.) memory module. The components on this module include six- Refresh Row Cycle Time (tRFC) 75ns (min.) teen 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4 Bank / 133MHz, 7.5ns, CL2.5 components) SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 184-pin DIMM Row Active Time (tRAS) 45ns (min.) / 12,000ns (max.) uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.5V.
