GE INTELLIGENT PLATFORMS VME-7455 CPU Boards - The VME-7455 is a 6U single-slot VMEbus module that provides a multi-session CD-ROM drive capability.
Once you accept your quote and confirm your order, we prepare by retrieving related parts and components from our inventory. Anything we do not currently have in stock is sourced.
Upon receipt, all parts are visually inspected for damage and then photographed to document their condition. Parts acquired from vendors must meet our quality standards.
Industrial computer boards and other parts we are equipped to evaluate are tested to verify functionality and discover possible damage.

✄ VMIVME-7455 Single-Slot VMEbus IDE CD-ROM Drive Module ✪✄✰✮✄✯❊❘�✄✬❙◗❚❊❘ • 24X IDE CD-ROM drive or faster • Standard VMEbus 6U single-slot form factor • Utilizes VMEbus P2 to connect to single-board computer (SBC) INTRODUCTION — The VMIVME-7455 is a 6U single-slot VMEbus passive board that holds a Multisession Photo CD-ROM drive that is compatible with CD-I, Video CD, Enhanced CD, and CD PLUS. The VMIVME-7455 is designed to interface to VMIC’s line of VMEbus P2-compatible SBC boards. These SBC boards connect to the VMIVME-7455 via the P2 IDE connection, thus eliminating any cable clutter on the front panel and configured as a slave. Refer to the compatible SBC list in this specification. The VMIVME-7455 should be in an adjacent slot to the VMIVME-7452 and the SBC when integrated with the following SBCs: VMIVME-7589, -7589A, -7591, -7592, -7695, -7698, -7740, and -7750. The VMIVME-7455 does Shock: not have to be in an adjacent slot to the VMIVME-7452 or the Operating: 5 G or less (half sine wave 11 ms) SBC when it is integrated with the VMIVME-7696 or the Nonoperating: 60 G or less (half sine wave 11 ms) VMIVME-7697. It is recommended that this product only be used with a Power Requirements: +5 V, ±5 percent, 20 mA standard VMEbus backplane on which the J2 pins extend typical (standby mode), 600 mA typical (sequential read) through a shrouded header. A VMIC cable, part number Compatible SBCs: 360-010004-ABC, may be purchased to connect P2 slots together. These cables “open” the VMIVME-7696 VMIVME-7765 connection to pin C14 on P2.
