® 2U CompactPCI Enclosure with 4-slot MIC-3036 6U Backplane (CT Bus and Rear I/O) Features § 4-slot 6U CompactPCI backplane § Supports rear I/O § 200 W ATX power supply ® § H.110 CT bus compliant (PICMG 2.5) * CompactPCI CPU board is not included. Introduction The MIC-3036 is a 2U-high rugged CompactPCI enclosure for small to medium scale CT applications such as enterprise VoIP gateways and Integrated Access Devices (IADs). Its 6U-size 4-slot backplane reserves one slot for the CPU board, and retains three slots for CompactPCI peripheral boards. All P4 connectors have PICMG 2.5 compliant H.110 CT bus connection for TDM signals in computer telephony applications. The CompactPCI slots on the backplane are horizontal, allowing four boards to be placed in the 2U-high space. With support for up to three one-slot width peripheral boards, the MIC-3036 is well suited for applications requiring both multiple peripheral I/O and space efficiency. The MIC-3036 also supports IEEE 1101.11 rear I/O transition boards. Featuring easily accessible drive bays, the MIC-3036 accommodates up to three devices, including one hard drive, front-accessible slim FDD and CD-ROM.
